Countdown to Tri “fun”

The coundown continues: as a I write this, I have 19 hours and 26 minutes before I run my first full triathlon. And I’m more than a little apprehensive.
The main problem is the lack of preparation, particularly around the swimming, but it’s too late to complain about it now.
On the plus side, I’m reasonably fit, didn’t struggle swimming a kilometre a couple of times this week, have done a couple of long rides on my bike and should have enough in the tank to complete the run - this is based purely on the amound I’ve been eating the past 48 hours.
On food, I’ve stumbled across a culinary masterpiece: peanut butter lashed generously between two Chocolate Digestive biscuits. Packed with carbs and protein, it’s sure to keep me going tomorrow.








i think i need some of those special sandwiches tomorrow. hopefully tomorrow this time we will be done
