Yep, you’ve guessed it, I’ve got another cold.

I’m getting fed up with having colds now (in fact I seem to be getting them so regularly a the moment, I’ve created a category in my blog settings for them). I’m sure it’s related to the increase in exercise levels. I managed a handful of runs with Emma, a session at the gym and a walk in North Wales during my week off, but then the sore throat started last Friday.

Pants. I’ll try to stop being all man-flu about it. The downside is that I can see myself pulling out of my second Septathlon event, the 12K Pudding Catcher in Southampton next weekend. The only thing I’m capable of catching at the moment is another cold.
